From November 2011 to February 2012, the Aga Khan Museum Collection will travel to the Hermitage, in St. Petersberg, Russia
UPCOMING: The Hermitage, St. Petersburg, Russia
From November 2011 until February 2012, the Aga Khan Museum Collection will be shown at the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia. The theme will be “Architecture and its Representations in Islamic Arts”. The State Hermitage Museum includes more than three million works of art and artefacts of world culture. Among them are paintings, graphic works, sculptures and works of applied art, archaeological finds and numismatic material.
