area governments for the development of the National Education Policy. In fact the document has been collated from the advice and inputs of the governments of all the federating units as well as members of civil society, Universities, officers of MoE & provincial/area Education departments, education managers, specialists, academia, teachers, students, parents, and a host of other stakeholders including Higher Education Commission, NAVTEC, IED-AKU, AEPAM, PM&DC, PEC, etc. 3
