The British embassy in Afghanistan in collaboration with the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG) and the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) has launched a $6.7m project “ACCESS” aimed at improving the delivery of services to Afghan citizens in the country.
The money will fund a project that will be rolled out through six provinces and cover areas including health, education and water and electricity supply.
